hi all,

i remember going to somewhere near Burlington area when i was younger to look at watches. I have not been to that area for ages!!! Where is a good place to actually
look at a good range of watches - at a good price. I am looking for Seiko diver's
watch to be specific.

please help.

thanks :)

There's a watch shop opposite Cathay Photo at Peninsular Plaza that sells Seiko watches at good prices. Comes with local warranty as well. I bought my Seiko Samurai and Sportura there.

I got a pair of Seiko 3 years ago at Mustafa Centre, they have large range...iirc I got it cheaper by at least $120 cheaper as compard to outside.

Now not sure..

thanks....will check them out...

Go to the shop in person and you will be amazed at the discount they can give.
Don't take their web price as final.
One of the better shop to get Seiko at reasonable price.

thanks....their price is even higher than a shop in lucky plaza

My first dive-watch is a Seiko, bought in 1981 but I can't find my watch in that site.
Even though I have not used it for decades, I kept it all this years and would like to have it overhauled.
Anyone knows if they have a service center in Singapore?

Basically, you can go to any non-famous/chain shops to get cheap pricing.

Bras Brasah..not sure if my spelling is correct or not. There're a few watch shops there. I bought my Seiko Criteria at one of the shops.

Omega seamaster down to 300m from Hour Glass. James Bond wear it in the film "Die another Day". I try it in Thailand

Hi,
How much will a cheap seiko dive watch cost? Got any recommendations on other cheaper brands/makes? Preferably under $50.

erm........cheap dive watch??? kinda hard for that price leh....

I have a seiko watch, which is 50M resistant, so won't want to risk it when diving. What is the minimum water resistant level that I should look at?

Hi Swimcraze Big Sister,

The shop opposite Cathay Peninsula Plaza, called King Wah, would be a good place to turn to. I only recommend that shop for heart rate monitors for the sportier friends of mine - but it has a big range. ;)

Try to email them for a quote. The prices you see are international prices. The price I got are much more cheaper than those on the website.
