make your own wind tunnel using a standard traffic cone.
The wind velocity will be greatly concentrated in the inverse funnel.
Then puff by moving away deflectors which block the nozzle (block=nopuff)

It's been a while but I am finally well enough to walk a "long" distance from coffee shop to my workplace and also carry camera along. 800 meters is the furthest I have walked since 8 weeks ago!

maybe using a tripod can help stabilize. when i drunk too much coffee, i cannot stand balanced and still, so shooting thin DOF i need a tripod else i am wobbly and pic goes OOF. :) nice lenses though.
