Is there any shops that do 'manual' capturing for Mini-DV tapes.. One of my tapes got tangled up while i was shooting and after winding up the tape, there is a small section of the tape that requires a 'cutting off'. Sorry for the very bad way of asking this cos I dunno how to put it in proper words. Thanks in advance.
