Default How do I read the chart?

I am starting out and I found this site on the different developing timings for different films and developers. I've shot an Ilford pan 400 and am planning to develop it with hc-110. So, how do I know how long to develop it for and what's dilution a and b? help please?

Did you manage to get to this row of information?
    Ilford Pan 400 HC-110 B 400 6 20C

so it is 6 mins if you use hc110 dilution B at 20 degrees.
hc110 dilution B is 1 part developer to 31 parts of water.
can see here for more info : Kodak HC-110 Developer - Unofficial Resource Page
