I agree! Nice set. I shoot analogue as a hobby too. But not pro. But ive seen others who didnt even put in effort on composition and shoots trigger happily and claimed a pro.
Im starting to self develop my own rolls now. Yet to improve as i think i screwed my first 4 rolls. Dont know wat when wrong. But by the encouragement from frens, i should keep it going.
Urs i can say is clean and straight forward. A job well done. Keep it up.

i also screwed up 2 b/w rolls cos I didn't reel my film properly... some photos lost as a result now still practising how to reel my films properly.

i did not do my own color processing... leaving it to the shops to do for me. only processing b/w my self for now.

hmm i believe i have used such technique b4 with my digital cam (FF) with a much wider lens (35mm) before.

but on my film cam which i am working with a 50mm (i dun really like it as i prefer a wider 35mm but i dun intend to spend too much again for my film cam) which gives me little workspace (compared to 35mm) to work on.

i am the type where i like to have a background with the subject in the background yet i am very close to the subject (1-3 meters) whenever possible. if u see my pass street photos you will get what i mean. and if i had to move this concept to a 50mm that will mean i had to stand a little further.

so i decided to just focus on natural expressions (i dun really like the street subject to pose for me), interesting moments and even candids with my 50mm on film cams.

I get what u mean here, you are looking at more of an environmental portrait style of shooting. Subject in relation of their surrounding where it let the viewer feel the person's conditions in their habitat.

correct except I try not to ask my subjects to pose, prefer to capture them in their natural moments.

like you see in post #22... the moment I ask the priest permission to take picture, he look very "stiff" wherelse I did a hip shot on post #23... i even manage to capture the uncle digging his nose without them realising I shooting at them.
