Good thing I didn't post a pic of my NEX-7 with the BlackRapid RS-5 attached. Some o' these folks woulda had a f**kin' stroke...
TS, appreciate your time and effort sharing your individualism and innovation--a couple of the great things about photography.

NO. I DON'T THINK TS is STUPID.
U come to that conclusion, becoz u think he is, or u think other think TS is!
I sense paradox, dun wan necessary attention, but show everybody in a popular photography forum, how neat he tape up his gear.
ok, if i dun have nice thing to comment, i will juz keep it to myself.

Bro. Gaffer taping shiny parts is about being more tactical when taking pictures. Ts is just sharing how this can be done for others who may be thinking of doing so.
It's not the same kind of attention

nope, i don't think TS is stupid.
but you, on the other hand; what purpose do you have in flaming TS and making him look stupid?
to each his/her own preference in protecting his/her equipment.
what TS is showing here is how HE would like to PROTECT his gear and to showcase to us how we can do it, if we want to.
in the end, you're just TROLLING, making TS look stupid, and pointing accusing fingers at the rest. so do yourself a favor and shut up if you have no constructive purpose here.

Re: My steathy NEX 7 and Zeiss...
Chill guys.. the purpose of sharing is to allow other ppl to comment on their work.. even if you think that the product is extremely beautiful, somebody out there will think that it isn't.. positive or negative comments are still comments.. so everybody just chill.. no point arguing as this will never end..

****... Most of my cam stuffs i tape it up. Sad man, think that make me a stupid guy with a tape cam walking around. Well, Had to throw it away if not, people will say, "You look stupid for tape up ur cam while shooting wild life. Shiny stuffs will blind them 2-3 second for you to have a better shot." now i learn how to take better shot in wild life.
