Just got my RX100 tonight from Sony Centre at Marina Square tonight...they have a really nice Sony full case made for the RX100 especially for 98$ usually 140$...case keeps the form factor pretty slim still........shot some stuff on the way home....quite a fun toy, it will definitely living in my bag permanently as I will use it at work all the time.

They told me that I can only register the warranty online tomorrow, as it's "Officially" meant to be in their stores then lol...

I saw the case at mscolor, very high quality but going to make it bulky so didn't buy. The rx100 is a little gem, the only disappointment is that the zeiss logo is actually a sticker ..... Going to get the hard screen cover accessory when it's Available

I got the case. You can convert it into a half case, which makes it less bulky and still allows you to sling it around your neck.

Yup saw that it can change to half case, but my plan is to make this camera as compact as possible, will probably use a soft pouch for carrying.

Yeah i am still cautious of them despite some good reviews from users. I was hoping they would use back the DSC HV9 batteries .. oh well..

Think a fellow forumer dissected a ebay battery from this company DSTE before OMD EM5 spare battery (where to get it?)

Sounded like a good deal given his extensive tests (or rather, you-get-what-you-pay-for, but since I only need it as a backup...)

How's the performance of these after market batteries? Thinking of buying some spares, especially the well known pisen brand, but it seems like they've not launch 3rd party battery for RX100 yet.
