Default Please help ID this bird

Have never seen this guy before. From far looks like a white version of the oriole (with similar black markings on the wings & tail). Can the experts here help me ID this please? Thanks.

Thanks Joe. I was told by a friend that it is an Ashy Minivet (Pericrocotus divaricatus).

Yo bro, I was almost attacked by a cobra whilst trying to take a better shot of this bird! Let me tell you, after being threatened by a cobra, you will lose all mood to take any more photos. Thinking about it now, I still get shivers!!

its a pied triller...... good catch... they are common but difficult to shoot cos these birds move very fast and always hang out in the canopies.....

Nice shots bro! and be more careful next time...close ecountered with a cobra, that's really a very bad experience. Come to think of it, I also never watch where I step when I am shooting birdies and somemore I wear slipper ... Think should buy a pair of mountain or safety boots tomorrow.

Cheers
