The St. Lucia campus has two lakes that are absolutely teeming with all sorts of birds that you hardly need anything longer than a 200mm lens to get some closeup shots of these birds, which I can't really identify apart from the Sacred Ibis, the waterfowl and ducks:

That's because the birds are so used to humans over there, and the general population are more aware of nature conservation too so as to co-exist peacefully. Look at the traffic signs. See rubbish also bother to pick up, not that there are much to pick up in the first place anyway. The streets here are generally clean because the mostlyforeign cleaners sweep the streets before Singaporeans wake up and go to work.

1st one is Australian White Ibis
2nd is Willie Wagtail 3rd is Wood Ducks 4th is Pacific Black Ducks The other 2 ducks, white one and spotted one, i dont know liao. ![]() |
