Supermarket - most likely near the baking or utensils section.

There are various sizes. But downside is got to buy like 20pcs in one go cos bulk packed.

Ahem!!!!

You can find out more about ziploc bags here:

(and no, I don't work for them, nor do I have anything to do with them except using ziploc bags during my trekking trips.)
ziploc is online now

I have seen one that use to store food (keep temperature low as well as air tight) at Carrefour JB, so Carrefour Singapore might have this bag as weel. It is at the food corner.

go to your nearby NTUC, look for it at the section where you get cooking foil

they come in a few sizes, largest being 2 gallons (approximately 30x40cm)

the 2 gallon bags cost SGD$5.40 for a pack of 12

they might not be specifically made for temperature control purposes, but given their nature they still do work quite well.
