    I, I'm a beginner, trying on GND filter. Where can I get filters at good price ? Is Photo-Artista at Cathay Building ok ? $28 for lens adaptor+ filter holder+filter. Reasonable ?

    artworkfoto is selling, step up ring for $10, Holder for $10. Each filter for $10~
    Canon 60D | And Legs as Lens to cover every single focal length i ever needs.

    I think you might need to know:
    1. What do you want to use it for?
    2. How many stops-down do you need?
    3. Which lens will you be using it for, and the diameter of that lens.
    4. What's your budget and which brand you want/need.

    The sticky that Octarine gave would be helpful.
