FZ3ers.... own up!

Hey.. FZ3 is selling like hotcakes... n no stocks everywher... but seems like ther isnt many FZ3 owners in here... How come thers no pix or personal reviews about this new cam?????

Give this cam a chance... i only see the pix n review of the FZ20... show some of the FZ3's stuff man

I am quite puzzled with the FZ3 availability too. Worldwide shortage? There's rumour that Panasonic is holding back shipment to revamp this model. Could be black coming out or could be rumour only!

Have you read the DPreview on this model? There're sample pics too.

It's me again, the only one show up for FZ3 in this forum.

I guess there may be 2 reasons that not many FZ3 owners join this forum :

1. FZ20 and FX7 are the hottest models. Distributors just don't want to keep stocks for FZ3. So there are actually not many FZ3 owners in Singapore.

2. Most of the FZ3 owners treat it as a P&S camera and they don't need to share too much here.

Luckily all the FZs family members share some similar characteristics and I can still learn something useful from you guys.

Frankly, I'm also joining other forums to get more support, so lonely here.

Well dun really understand the way they market the FZ3... since all the new Pana cams eg the FZ n FX series were annouced together... but still havnt have an official launch of the FZ3.

Suspect: could be a Marketin tactics??? cos both FZ20 n FX7 hav a higher returns i guess... than after the profit is met...they than launch the FZ3... Cos if they launch the FZ3 first... budget wise buyers will tense to prefer the FZ3 features n price compare to the other 2 launched models.
Another reason could be.. quality issues.. n cos the FZ20 was launched too quickily into the market.. n thers so many complains abt its NOISES... maybe Pana is holdin back the FZ3 or even tryin to make sure this "NOISE" problem will be solved bfor official launch... to safe guard its self proclaim "Venus II " hahhaa....
