Home Printing - Some Questions

Just wondering if anyone's got an answer to the following:
1. Where can I get 5R photo paper? So far I've only seen Canon with 5"x7" photo paper. My printer is the Epson Photo 830.
2. Epson has some 4R perforated and non-perforated photo paper. Somehow whenever I select 4R PERFORATED PHOTO PAPER, I get the photo printed overlapping the perforation on one side, and extra white border on the other sides. How do I get the photo top be printed nicely within the perforated area?
