    Default Kite Photography?

Came across this breathtaking gallery of pics showing aerial photos shot by a Canon A80 slung under a kite:

Searched a bit and found this link with a bit more info on Kite Photography:

The concept is quite interesting, and a cheaper and more accessible alternative to photographing from planes or helicopters, but I guess you need to rig up the camera properly (otherwise if it drops, you can say bye bye to it ) And how did these fellas control where the cam points to? Won't there be vibrations from the strongs winds?

So anyone want to try slinging their DLSR with wide angle lens under a big kite to shoot aerial panoramas?

Either you got to be really lucky to get good composition or there's some way to control the kite cam

Or let the cam keep on shooting till it runs out of memory, another article here : http://www.engadget.com/entry/1757766119821744/
