Default Reverse Lens and Macro Focusing Rail

Hi!

Need some advice from the experts!

Reverse lens:
1) How do I mount a reverse lens on a 62mm thread? I understand I need some kind of mount. how much is it?
2)what kind of lens should I get? I heard 50mm is recommended, but what brand? Must it be the old manual type with the apeture diaphram?
3) Any one know what is the working distance to the subject using reverse lens?
