... I agree that she probably didn't feel too much pain... What caught my attention that day, rather, was the Hello Kitty sling she wore... I a bit sua ku, first time I see such a fancy sling... but it might have meant a lot to that gal... to soothe the pain and making the healing process more pleasant, perhaps?  Will take extra care b4 I share my photos... gotta be worthwhile, yah?
