Default Ants feeding

Took these at Labrador park.

Please let me know how the pics can be imrpoved. Thanks in advance.

How does not showing the WHOLE body of the ants look to you? Does it work for you? Thanks.

First shot is a keeper! thouse light shadow give some 3D effect.
Just watchout for those hot spots.

boy, do they look ferocious!

the ants in the first one form a very tight compostion and that has a nice effect on the subject. i can imagine being stretched, torn, by the ants, like the helpless black ant. suitable caption.

in the 2nd one, there is less tension i suppose, and i cant really see what the ants are doing, not as well as the first one.

great job! nice observations..

Hotspots are those overexposed areas, can be seen at the upper portion of the 1st image. It's not easy to control though, but at least you can clone it in PS.
