Default Small Little Violinists!

This is my first try at an event. This series was taken last week at the Esplanade with kids playing violins and cellos. They are soo cute!

Anyone got ideas how I can improve on the pics?
All comments (however brutal, more brutal better ) are welcomed.

Taken indoors at the Esplanade, u'll get this consistent reddish cast on all your photos... you might like to try different White Balance settings in future when u shoot in similar settings to see which one can get rid of the cast...

images are a little soft too. and try to PS away the reddish cast.
In addition, try to watch out for obstructions when shooting( the file in 4 )

yah.. the reddish cast is a bane of my aging camera. I can do a custom white balance setting, looks alright on the LCD but still turns out reddish after I press the shutter.

i waited a long time for no.4 to flip the folder. :P guess it wasn't a good idea

Learnt quite a bit from this shoot.

Here's the PS-ed number 4
