    Hi, I am planning for either a 2 days or 1 day trip to Malaysia for photo shoot.
    Any nice places to recommend? Thanks...

    You drive?
    budget?
    Never been to Malaysia?

    Melaka is a good option.

    I do not drive, most probably will be taking coach or by air..
    I have been to Melaka and KL before.. Will be more interested in nature shots..

    Going to there,is a bit dangerous cos malaysia is still unstable beccause of the security over there.I think you guys better thinks it over and also you guys carry expensive equipment gears.

    Be street-smart, dress casual and don't act "Singaporean".

    Mt KK?
    Sabah's island?
    Paddy field? - Sekinchan
    Cameron highland?

    Malaysia having haze.. maybe you should check first to before going... wait for haze to go away..

    None of us get robbed, and indeed everyone enjoyed the shot and brought home some good pictures

    ermm it's hard, one look they will know u are from Singapore (especially ppl from Johor), no matter how hard u try to dress (unless u wear singlet or ah pek shorts, maybe still can fool through), cos the moment u talk, the accent you will give away.

    going in a group is safer i find... but solo or duo trips, really had to becareful especially in JB i find. For melaka, solo trips is fine if you keep within the city area, but outskirt of Melaka I am not sure.

    haha cos u mixed ard with singaporean's too much already

    my friend who frequents JB often once told me, u can try dress up and act as if u are local but the moment u talk, they know immediately u are not local and from sg. haha

    I advise for those who is going to malaysia.Please look after your equipment and money that you all bring.Especially crowded places.Don't shoot until you lose your things there.If these happen,no point report to police over there.Buy insurance from singapore then travel oversea.
