    Default picture taking at mosques

Should be fine in most mosques......did that a few times with a fellow CS in Singapore...off course ask permission first from the management and also, usually don't take pics during the main prayer (when they all lined up)...

Gosh. It's kinda difficult to fast, ain't it?
Today, a girl fainted in the business block because of fasting.
And, I tried fasting with my Muslim friends but I ate half of the portion of food I would usually eat at lunch plus lots of water.

Any tips to keep the hunger pangs at bay?

Try to eat heavy breakfast but not too heavy until you can barely walk properly or your tummy is bulging out.

The secret is in the 'sahur' (take breakfast just before 5:20am).

May peace be upon us all during the month of Ramadhan and thereafter.

Happy Fasting and May Muslims around the world get peace especially in Palestine and Iraq.

During "sahur" or the early breakfast, try not to carbo-load or take too much sweet stuff. Dates are good source of nutrients and fruits are good.

Sugars cause a spike in insulin production in our system. this makes U feel hungry faster and easier.

Tuan Sion, cuba fasting Down Underlah.
