Default Syria - Libya Rwanda - Iraq

    Same story.
No OIL, sorry Rwanda and Syria (a bit - not much - see chart below) ....not interested to send planes or troops ("peacekeepers") to help you. Even if 800,000 people got massacred in Rwanda.
Got OIL? Wow, Iraq and now Libya, here we come....No excuse to invade? - never mind...invent a reason.. WMD. As long as there is OIL, everything can do.

Now France, UK and Italy are busy making good friends with the Transitional National Council (inviting them to Paris and giving them 6-Star VVIP treatment). These are the Libyans likely to be in charge of the future new Libya regime. France, UK and Italy are frantically collecting their benefits and dividends FAST for future lucrative OIL deals with Libya. USA too slow this time to support the Libya rebels, taking an unusually l..o...n...g....time after France and England officially supported them.

See how horribly Gadaffi's daughter-in-law Aline Skaf (wife of his son, Hannbal Gaddafi) treat people who work for their family.

No wonder US took so long to officially recognise the rebels. They were so close to Gaddafi's regime that CIA abducted people in various parts of the world and handed them over to the Gadaffi to be interrogated and tortured. Ransacked basement of Gaddafi's spy agency have lots of filed documents proving this.
