    Haha ... how true. Still once you got the camera and blah blah blah, put behind the thoughts of how much $$ you've spent and go out to have some fun!

    well, hdd space is dirt cheap now, and most of us have huge ones (especially if u play games) and do u print ur own photos?

    the part i agree most is the upgrading (buying, selling, buying...blah blah) is due to "growing dissatisfaction" ironically...

    One thing the article didn't mention is how much more TIME digital photography requires in front of the PC. i seem to be spending all my time post-processing and admin.

    The very reason why I am still shooting in film.

    Digital photogrphy is great and has no boundaries, but I frown upon the time I sit down in front of the PC editing. Its addictive and its just too much time...

    Having said that, I am aiming for a 300D in the next 6 months
