Default MotoGP Sepang 2004- my take..

some of my shots.. was expecting rainy days but turned out hot days instead..

comments and critiques are welcome.

thks for looking..

No.1 Day 2: MotoGP qualifying session.. turn no.1



No. 2 Day 2: MotoGP qualifying session.. turn no.9
Sete Gibernau.. currently no 2 behind Rossi on championship table.



Race Day results...

1st Place.. current MotoGP World Champ Valentino Rossi..



Strong show from Max Biaggi earned him 2nd place.

Neat work

Last 2 shots of Rossi and Biaggi... you literally froze the riders
the wheels ain't moving at all!

thks melv & zha.. it was a hot day.. so really had no problem doing 1/1000 to 1/1600 at f4 to freeze those shots.

my aim was to capture one decent shot of all riders from 125, 250 n motogp...

here's one more from 125cc race.. with a 1.4xtc on my sigma 70-200

Very nice shooting, wish I had a chance to shoot Moto GP, Rally or F1 as well. Indeed very exciting.

thks.. it was indeed an eye opener.. get to see up close and personal how the show was run.... but i supposed for the regulars.. after a while it could get rather boring...

yea.. on 2nd day, i even tired of shooting 'normal' shoots, instead crack up my mind to try diff style..

Bro, you should try panning shots, then post a long landscape pic for effect. Something like your last pic which is good.

it would be nicer to have moving wheels though...
still wheels look too unnatural
