Not sure if there is anyone has done it before in the history, didnt see such thread when doing a search.
Since only a small group of E-1 users here, it will be helpful to know who are the fellow users we can go to if anyone has problem and questions regarding their machines. 1) cookiez (11-22, 14-54, 50-200, FL-50) Last edited by cookiez; 9th October 2004 at 04:16 PM. |

I bought it in HK and since then it has become my walkabout lens which I hardly detach from the body. Yes, for most of landscapes, I very often use 11 and images all appeared tack sharp so USM is not necessary. Good for me as I'm just too lazy to do post-processing ![]() |

I am under the impression that 4/3 adopters are a happy lot :-) (particularly from owners at dpreview). Still learning the intricacies & temper of my E-1, 14-54 & FL50 hence the hush. Just as happy with my OM1, OM4Ti & IS3000. Regardless of what make & model of camera I hold in my hand, practise .. practise, keep that roaming eye alive, whether one or 10 E1s in Spore :-)

Now we see old users are starting to emerge from where they have been hiding all this while

Hello ecc3 & fellow E1 owners, as a registered E1 owner, I have had the rare fortune of having an MA1 E-OM adapter (Courtesy of Olympus Singapore) which is keeping my small stable of Zuiko's normal, telephotos & zoom alive (though in a function limited way). Even though the OM Zuiko's are excellent performers on their own, the Digital Zuiko resolves better digitally and is well integrated with the digital photo taking experience. All are keepers, IMHO.
Either of the 24mm's (F2/2.8) are fine performers, and will make great walkaround companions to your OM1 :-) |

Hi fellow E1 users, I'm keen on any outing depending on date and time. Currently I'm rushing to implement a couple of projects to be completed by Nov/Dec so my schedule is quite tight.
Hi Chancy, how did you get the OM adapter FOC (I presume that's what you meant when you say "courtesy of olympus" SG)? Last I asked, they tried to sell me one for "about S$120". ![]() |

I had three as samples. Gave two away. The last one I am keeping for fun. It's amazing what funky stuff you can connect up in front with an OM mount ;-) [hey, I just realise that "sh it" automatically gets translated into asterisks! How kewl is that?!] |
