S$X million is required to purchase the bones alone and another S$X million to house them.
* Note to "Singapore journalist" Alexis Ong: Please kindly place your decimal point in the correct position. Thank you.
Sorry... the $$$$ could be put into better use...

Scuba & Father... For Life
Btw, this has already been discussed quite a bit earlier.
Pls see links in the link provided.
There are poor people in Singapore who needs help rather urgently,
dinosaur bones are more ostentatious than practical, mostly likely viewed by largely foreign tourists,
Sorry, but I will not be donating to any dinosaur bones project.
But dinosaurs are awesome!!!
it is all wayang
It is amazing to see that money is flowing free for these bones, when money requested for the following are rejected...
So which is more worth it?
I am very sure our govt can afford both easily. Urgent indeed.

I think they can get a copy-cat bones for SGD$1.2K from China
It will be make of recycle material and created by the best counterfeit artists in China so nobody can tell the differences
They are creators of iPhoney => HiPhone
Making iBones will be a piece of cake to them
We raise the $ to bring the bones here and then, we paid tickets to see the bones. We wouldn't be that stupid to do so. Forget it, wait says the bones cannot be transport over here due to some stupid reasons and our donation gone forever!
Only Sony device mostly, haha!
they should just take the $12mil, try to find the so-called "monster" that sang nila utama saw when he first landed.... fail miserably at it, make a feature film on it, and rake in the profits (or losses) instead.
there. better use of the money
Ask our Ministers to donate lah!
