Default HK Company - How to contact?

Hello all,

I've tried to order some lenses from Tinchueng (www.tincheungcamera.com.hk), sent them email inquiry , and even tried adding items to cart and checkout. But there was no response form them confirming delivery , etc. About 2 weeks already. Is there anyway to call them? Anyone know their phone number? Are they still open?

I dun have Tin Cheung. I have Wing Shing and Man Shing.

-Wing-Shing (in Mong Kok)
66 Sai Yeung Choi ST., Mongkok, Kowloon
Tel: 2396 6881, 2369 6961
Business Time: 10am - 8pm
Take the MTR to Mong Kok Station and exit via EXIT D-3. From there it is easy to get to both MAN-SHING and WING SHING.

-Man Shing (in Mong Kok)
106, Tung Choi Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong Tel:
2396 2996, 2395 6684 Fax: (852) 2395 2127

I tink the 2 shops above gives very good price although their service may not be that good in the evenings. Try going daytime.

By the way, where is Tin Cheung? Central? Tsim Shai Tsui?

tincheung address is:

G26-28 Tung Ying Bldg.,
100 Nathan Road,
TST, Hong Kong

But I need their phone number to call them. I know some CS members have ordered from them before. But dunno if it's a holiday or they only deal with regulars?

Default HK retailers.

I've dealt with all three. Service has been quick and responsive.

These guys are really good at responding to fax rather than email.

Also Hong Kong has 17 public holidays (lucky folks!), so I think they may just have been away these last few days for the mid-Autumn hols.
