If I recall, you were recommended Brett's studio in another thread you started. And as far as I know, nearly all the other studios posted here as available for rent are in the East.

due to some reasons, i am unable to confirm brett's studio in dec. hence i am looking for more studios

Perhaps you can try seeking help from the SAFRA Photography Society? Maybe they can help you

actually there's dozen of studios in Chinatown, Take a little walk and you will be able to find one.
