Default Cleaning dirty view finder?

How do u guys clean a dirty view finder ? like when it's on the inside. The part directly above the mirror, the thing with all ur AF points. specks of dust on it dman annoying. Blower?

just dont use tissue and brush...
I ended up with more specs when trying to remove one hair!

If it does not affect your images, the safest approach is to live with it. If you must clean it better to send the camera back to Canon as the focusing screen is very soft and can easily get scratched.
