please use some common sense, most museums don't allow visitors use camera inside there, what makes you think you can shoot model shoot inside?

Raffles hotel is very particalar about photo taking, even I shoot their guest (wedding couple), they only allow us to shoot at certain areas.
photo taking is strictly not allowed to any outsiders there.

shoot at your own home, sure nobody chase you out,
unless you are shooting too "casual" with your subject and get chase out by your own parents.

Actually, no need so headache. If your skill good and can get background super super blur, I have seen people casually take photo at mama shop, casually take photo at void deck, casually take photo at bus stop also. As long as skill good model swee, your casual shots will some out nice.

Lim chu kang area is mostly private land. Don't even suggest that unless you want to get arrested.

Go Changi Prison, got alot of "models" there. They have alot of time on thier hands and rarely go out, i'm sure if you ask nicely they will accomodate you. Oh 1 thing, if you see a bar of soap on the floor don't pick it up. It's a trap.....

This is quite an open ended question. You thought we are psychic to be able to read the deep recess in your mind. I will probably give a similar answer like allenleonhart if I get to make the 2nd post in this thread.
If you are doing an outdoor shoot of people with no particular theme in mind, anywhere in Singapore whereby you won't be arrested for photo taking should be fine.
imo, most importantly is getting the right light.

Just make sure you are not in any shopping centre or private property.

TS Since you stay @ Bedok, there are many places you can do casual shoot.

    1. Bedok Reservoir Park for landscape @ sunrise and sunset
    2. Jungle next to Tanah Merah mrt for Macro/Close-up
    3. Roof-tops of HDB blocks, if you can get access, for panorama at sunrise and sunset.
    4. With your 200mm lens, can try to shoot out of your window for candids

Be prepared for unexpected finds... sure to be news-breaking

In the above 2 situations, your neighbor would call the police cos:

    a. they might mistake you for wanting to tamper with the water tank

    b. they might think a pervert is lurking, especially if you use telephoto lenses!

Like what others have mentioned, own room is best, just don't get caught by your parents for those *ahem* 'artistic' shots!

If die-die want to do in hotel, go book a room.
A picture a day keeps the blues away!
