Sigma Lenses Repair
Hello all,
Can anyone assist me? I have one Sigma lens that needs repair. I think I have to change the chip. I had been told before that it can be done and free of charge. Anyone know where I can go to? Thanks in advance.

I did changed a chip on one of my lens there before and it is not free. Wonder who told you it's free. Let me know if you get it done for free then I can go there and ask them why they charged me for it.

Hi, I had just returned from Sigma and its costing me SGD150 with urgent charges included. As for the free, please see my earlier thread http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?t=92352 which someone responded about the free service.

Under Warranty Lens should be upgraded free!!!!
I have a few experence changing the chips for fre.....but make usre that the lens is still under warranty..... rgds, sulhan |

Anyways, I've got no choice... whether pay for it or go buy a new lens... leaving on the weekend to India for 6 months... need the lens badly... thanks guys...
