Default Need Help on SB800....

hi i just my sb800 today. after careful checking i dun find any fault on the flash itself. but one thing is that when i went home to attached it to my cam, the ZOOM function fail.

it fail as in i cant increase the distance... kindly help me

Didi you attach the plastic cover? If you did, than the zoom will not fuction. Try remove the plastic cover, you should be able to zoom.

Also, if the WA is on, you can't zoom, the M will be displayed on the LCD.

thanks for the advice. i've found out the mistake. i've tilted the flash head -7 degree therefore the built in wide flash adapter is broken off. so all i need to do i just switching on the WP then i work back ..... phew i thought i spoil the flash
