    Always have a few uncles bringing their birds down to Venus drive carparks on weekends. Wouldn't call it a club though

    I saw this at serangoon north, but it's not a club just leisure gathering.

    You can also see gathering at many estate

    This one is at Blk 165 Woodlands Street 11. Near Marsiling MRT station (2 mins walk).
