Default python and the kids

Taken at singapore zoo using an ordinary digicam (Canon S1 IS)
(kids are not mine, just stole a shot without paying for the photo shoot )

Cool..... I can see 2 nostrils? And what are those 4 holes below the nostrils?

not sure. may be not holes per se. i guess some dark marks along the opening of the mouth (teeth?).

coudn't see proper cos i didn't have to get too close (thanks to 10x zoom of S1 )

Actually that one was taken a while back. Before the new enclosure was done. Which reminds me, I am well overdue for another zoo shoot.
