Help!! Cf card error

Hi,
Was toying ard with my camera tis morning. Downloaded the pics on my card reader. Everything was fine until i put the card back into my camera. It read error n the reason was the card wasnt initialised..
Can someone advise me on wat to do??..My card works perfectly on my comp.

Use camera to reformat the card. It happens every now and then on your that cam.
