Unhappy Still can't decide, Minolta A2 or Panasonic FZ20?

I still can't make up my mind on either. I've handled both, and I love how their construction and features. Both have features which I am looking for, which are:

1) Some form of image stabalizing
2) > 6x zoom
3) > 4MP
4) Good pictures from both cameras which I like
5) Relatively acceptable noise levels (Which is more "usable" at ISO 200 with some noise cleaning software?)

Now the only factor which will sway me will be focusing speed (Not comparing against DSLR mind you, just between the 2 cameras). I've heard of many complains of people getting bad A2s easily, a fault which creates many unfocused shots. Which camera focuses fast?
