abit **** eye leh me..

Using 12X zoom, I can barely make out the birds on the tree..
Just shoot n hope for the best.

I happen to shoot the birds flying ard while walking aimless before picking wife at Fort Canning.

Hi bwilly,

Why dun you invest on a good tripod for support. Mostly of my birdies shots are taken with the aid of a tripod.

Just my 0.2 cents suggestion.

I have a cheapo tripod.. can't remember how much I pay for it.
$30 or so??

Lazy to tug it around, especially in the day, hope the IS can do the job.
haha..

Nite time bo bian, all the strangers see me like ah seow..
setup tripod n shoot in the middle of the road..

i like the las shot!

i also have problem holding the cam still when taking photo leh..so i thinking of buying a monopod for portablilty..but not very useful hor? coz monopod angle limited?

monopod I hear is good for up to 1/4.
any more will be damn blur..
depends on wat u want. daytime shot should be oki..
nitetime, tripod better..
