I have a Z1 and have noticed it cannot focus on soft subjects such as in fog, early morning befor sunup, low light situations, etc. Is this just the way it is or is there something wrong with my camera?

Er, can the Z-series use the AF assist lamps of the flashes in the first place?
The entire Minolta hot-shoe equipped line of digicams, since Dimage 5, 7 series, A1 and A2 (unknown about the Z series) are unable to ultilize the AF assist lamps on the flash, i think it's stated in the Flash manual that it's not supported as demonstrated by my A1 and Dimage 5. Right... so what can we do? Buy a flash light? |

Hmm...AF light cannot be used on Minolta range of camera? I still thinking to get the 3600HS for my Z3, heard the wireless also cannot use.... like that i think get a slave flash better, at least cheaper.
