A qtn i like to ask...
when shooting at a high ISO like 800 n above...the photos come out quite grainy.
Are there any ways to process the photos to make the grains less obvious?

software like the Helicon Noise Filter could reduce the "noise" or "grain". http://helicon.com.ua/pages/index.php?id=440
However, a lot does depend on which type of camera you should with. On most non-DSLR digital cameras, you won't be able to get low-noise pics at ISO800 or above due to the small sensor size.
