    Default Receipt Fading ?

Does anyone who bought stuff from MScolors always find their printed receipt fading into almost emptiness within 1 year time or above ?

The same goes for eastgear's receipt. Make photocopies and keep for warranty purpose.

Photocopy of receipt is valid for warranty purpose ? Maybe they should issue written receipt like Cathay photos..

If printed thermal paper is kept in direct sunlight eg. near windows, it will fade into nothing in much shorter time.

you can also ask them for a good old handwritten receipt even if you lost your original, you can ask them for a duplicate.

yes, one may ask for the good old receipt, but whether one gets it is another big question.
