ok guys, stop the off topic on whether the swing is legally hung on the tree. Apparently, this swing is here for quite sometime already. So i guess NEA is ok with it.
anyway here's another photo of a swing i took with a couple during a pre wedding shoot sometime back in Wessex Estate. There is quite a few of these swings in that neighbour btw. So i guess NEA dun go around stopping people from hanging swings on trees unless it poses danger to anybody or received complaints.
will appreciate if any kind soul can let me know the location (not the above photo but photo in the 1st post of this thread) of the swing i wish to ask if you happen to see this thread.
