    Do you all actually need f/1.2? I have a few f/1.4 lens but over time I stop shooting at f/1.4 and shoot at least f/2.0 onwards due to the really shallow depth of field and sharpness.

    Some people might need the f/1.2 to stop down to get sharper results as compared to those taken with f/1.4s.

    not just the aperture differences(f1.2, 1.4, 1.8, etc), the lens optics and elements are also different. Really hope that Nikon can come up with its own classic and superb AFS f1.2 glass.
