    I think you need to speak a language that we understand here in order for us to help you. From your nick, I am assuming you want to take snapshots of car and your speed technique refers to capturing motor vehicles in motion i.e. panning shots. When the most simple way to take is to switch to Shutter speed mode, between 1/15 to 1/50 and take multiple shots. When it comes to processing, you can add additional "speed" by applying motion blur to the background, just create a new layer mask out the car, and apply motion blur (experiment with it) to the background layer.
