    Default What settings to use for unsharpmask if the pic is VERY BIG?

    normally i use 2 methods
    125/1/1, resize down then 75/0.5/1
    or
    just 85/1/4 (all in lab mode)

    but what happens if the pics are very big as in over 3000pixels?
    i tried to apply them but its like not much difference.

    Assuming you want to print them at 8x10 or larger, then the corresponding USM settings should be:-

    Amount 200-300%
    Radius 1-2
    Threshold 3-6

    For inkjet prints, can over-sharpen a little bit but how much will depend on your printer and how you want the image to look like.
