I'm using Transcend 16gb Class 10 (even thou in fact write speed is abt Sandisk Class 6) for 1-2 months, so far so good. Used the card to the max capacity (650++ raw on my 500D) and no data corruption during extraction if you are concerned.

IIRC, Transcend is also a brand name with long history with flash drives not well known to many.

Transcend is fine. I bought a 2GB card 133x back when I had my K100D, used it for close to 4 years with no problem, quite fast too.

That time I bought it for $55 per (during the japan crisis, the price shot up -.-). Now it costs $48 per @ Bizgram (SLS Lv 5)

yeah, transcend is a relatively inferior brand compared to sandisk but that doesnt mean that the performance is worse off... in fact i find that if you are not that brand conscious, transcend is a pretty good alternative...

Using the Transcend 32GB class 10. Bought two from Amazon and shipped it (Borderlinx) for a total of S$140 (60+60+20 postal). Pretty good deal.

Been hearing bad things about Transcend (like sudden crashes and loss of data) so I've been choosing Sandisk so far. Is Transcend really that bad? Can long-time Transcenders comment?
