Default Kill for the perfect Shot

was surfing YouTube and came across this vid it's about the great extent some photographers go to for that "perfect" shot or angle. whether it'd be lugging ard backbreaking telephoto lenses, dangle over a few storeys high cliff etc etc haha anybody here in ClubSnap would like to share what they have, will do or have seen others do for the perfect shot/angle?

Yup, it's real but with a slight twist though. Though I still feel that it's crazy regardless of the "twist".

Still quite a bit a way down, and that place is still scary.

Hypothetical question. If he actually slips and is luckily unharmed... how the hell is he gonna get back up? Looks too high to be climbed with gear.
