if anyone have the money to invest, I can offer to be your RC heli pilot. :P
I tested out and flown various platforms some years ago and it didn't worked out well enough to meet my standards.
But given today's RC technology, it may be very possible to develop a decent platform now.

What type of Electric Heli are able to hold the weight of a 5DII + 14mm currently in the market?

using what the hobby industry call a 600 or 700size electric heli.
Runs on high voltage battery system & very powerful brushless motors.
During my time experimenting pro RC video in about year 2003 era, building something close to what we have today is nearly impossible - financially for me that is...
Back then I was flying gas powered models which vibrations was a real big problem, high end cameras wasn't as small, and wireless video technology isn't that affordable.

    Now it's possible...

Here's some pix of my flying test platform using 500size smaller helis.

here's a video link to my test footage if keen to watch.
Unfortunately, the quality doesn't quite pass my own standards as I didn't put money to invest into proper gyro stabilised 3-axis camera mounts.
Plus I was using small helis, flying it and stabilising it in flight conditions is a tad tricky.

If I have the heli, I will mount my Gopro HD on it.

This platform is way more stable due to the multi-rotor configuration :

Ahahahahha! nice oneTurboredbean!... DXN, can you post up the bigger, 700 size heli that you mentioned, so that we can actually gauge whether or not our cameras can run on tt thing? the one you posted looks like it can't support our dslr and it's lens. No offense
