    Default Lens/Filter Spray Cleaner

    Hi All, anyone can advise where to get the spray for cleaning for before/after taking pics.

    Do a search, but the post turn out in 2010..

    i think he might be referring to a lens spray cleaning solution...

    hi, i see it in a video, small bot about palm size, which you can press e top, and will spray out.
    I duno if it sell in sin.

    i am afraid if straight wipe with e cleaning cloth, wonder it will scratch the filter or lens.

    Just like when you going to wash car, u will splash with water 1st...hope u know what i mean...

    Dust in or on a lens is NORMAL. Also, a regular rocket blower is better. You can use a microfibre cloth afterwards or lens tissue.

    Honestly, DO NOT compare a car with a camera. There is no regular mantenance, oil change, etc. Just shoot. You would be amazed how dusty your lens can be before it starts to affect your pictures.

    yup, nikon cleaning kit has one such bottle inclusive

    TS if you clean your lens no stop, the multicoating will come off very fast....

    I would try not to use solution... unless really no choice...

    solution leave "clouding" which i find hard to remove...

    Use the blower first to remove all dust. Use a clean cloth (there are special ones available for lenses) to clean everything that still sticks. Use cleaning solution only as last resort. But honestly, a drop of standard glass cleaner works well. Last time I used it was months ago...
