haha the previous post meant that the price of $955 from bargaincity is excluding gst, so after gst it would be $1k+

Hope they know the GST guideline for retailers:

Check the GST guideline clause 4.3
    4.3 Price Display

4.3.1 Is it mandatory to display price tags which are inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices displayed, advertised, published or quoted by a taxable person for any supply of goods or services should be inclusive of GST, unless prior approval has been sought from the Comptroller of GST to do otherwise.

4.3.2 Retail prices are subject to bargaining. How should goods be priced and GST charged?

The price on display should be the usual sales price inclusive of GST. The amount of GST charged to the customer will be the prevailing tax fraction of the final price paid by the customer.

Yeah those are regulations for local tax purposes. But according to their site, they have overseas customer base which no GST is required. So I guess its to their convenience.

The FZ3 got a 1/3.2 CCD...does it mean better or lousier compare to Canon's IS 1/2.7 CCD?

Yes, you're right, the GST is not included, and there is $5 delivery charge.
I think MS Color may be a better place to buy the FZ20.

Anyway, I'm buying the FZ3 and I've checked the price from many dealers. The cheapest one is $680 (not sure if GST is included). But the point is that all of them don't have stock.

I can't wait anymore and confrim the deal with bargain city. The price difference = 691 X 1.05 - 680 = $45.55. I think it's still worthy because they offer a free 128MB SD and the SD reader. If you don't need the SD reader, you can save another $10.

AP quoted me FZ3 $680 GST inclusive with original Panasonic UV filter(RP$20). However, no case, no card, no SD reader.

I think BC and MScolor more or less similar in price la. BC got free 256mb SD for FZ20. Whereas MScolor $920 without 256mb SD card and reader.

Take the card reader, saves a lot of trouble from plugging in your camera where you have to make sure that there is sufficient power during photo upload.
