Impressive bro, you can start a 'Anthony can cook!' thread Love your fiery chicken, what did you use/marinate?

WB seems ok on my monitor, the color in sambal kangkong & Ebi Sushi is kinda muted though.

Thank you for the kind words.

I blended baby shallots, dried chili & black pepper for the marinate. Then pan fried it

    Longhouse Ah Hui Prawn Noodle
    (Coffeeshop opposite Thomson Medical Centre)

Prawns were fresh & the soup were full of flavour but I find the soup a bit too oily

    Sirloin Steak
    Western Barbeque (ABC market)

Not to my liking...the steak was not firm & the garlic sauce was too over powering.

Crispy on the outside, tender & juicy inside. Portion was hugh!! Enough for 2 ladies to share a plate

Hua Cheng Pork Ribs Noodle (Jalan Malu Malu) Some where behind of Sembawang Shopping Centre

This little gem hidden in a small corner of Sembawang. Weird that I don't see much review of this old school taste of noodle online.
This noodle is not like those regular noodle that you can find in your heartland.
You can taste some sweetness of the tomato sauce with the chili. Goes really well with the noodle.
The soup is good but not SG Bak ku teh kind of soup.
The ribs have been boiled till very soft.
