Dear Clubsnappers,
I just bought an Epson C65 at Comex 2004. Saw the demos whereby the demostrator prints my picture in both plain 4R paper and Durabrite 4R Photo paper. Very impressed. When i returned home, i tried to print the same pic again. However, it turns out that there are 'parallel lines' appearing on the plain paper. Worse, when i print using 4R plain paper, the picture does not get into the frame. A landscape picture has borders at the sides and bottom but the top is cut off. Does anyone face this problem? Kindly advise me on what to do. Thank you. |

First time you installed the new cartridge to the printer, sometimes the missing line appears due to air bubble trap in the printhead's nozzles.
You can try to do "Head Cleaning" from the Window's Control Panel and perform the "Nozzle Check" again. Don't do the Head Cleaning more than 3 times. Sometimes leave overnight the problem solved by itself. Cheers Mondo Inknovation |
